• To heat, place the carafe in a hot water bath for 2-3 minutes. The carafe is microwave-safe, however microwave use is not recommended because it's easy to overshoot and damage the flavor and aroma.
• To chill, place the carafe in an ice water bath for 15 minutes. Add a pinch of salt for a quicker chill.
