Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing our handmade ceramics! Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Processing Time

  • Each ceramic item is handmade, and many are made-to-order.
  • In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Pre-order items may require up to 4-7 weeks for crafting and preparation before shipping. Pre-order is open for select sold-out products. Though they may be displayed as "in stock" to have the pre-order option, we do not have any unit on-hand when the Pre-order button is active.

Shipping Options and Times

  • We offer USPS and UPS shipping. To offer you a better shopping experience, we estimate the lowest shipping cost and absorb the additional charge to get the handmade work to you safely and in a reasonable time. With the cheapest shipping option, most orders arrive within 2-8 days.
  • Should you upgrade to an expedited option, we'll seek the available options to get the order to you by your preferred delivery date.

Please note that despite our best efforts, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Packaging

  • To ensure your ceramics arrive safely, each item is carefully packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
  • We strive to use eco-friendly and sustainable packaging whenever possible.
  • From November 17 2024, all packaging materials are recyclable or compostable. Packing peanuts are fully biodegradable in your compost bin or in your kitchen sink with the help of water.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the package, and destination.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging for assessment.
  • We will either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
  • For lost shipments, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.

    Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your package's journey.
